All transactions on sivp5 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay are credited instantly. Withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within five minutes.
All sivp5 bonuses are subject to stated wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, and time limits. Bonus funds are separate from withdrawable cash balances until wagering requirements have been met in full.

Important: It is a serious offence to provide false information regarding your age or identity when registering on sivp5. Any Account opened using false information will be closed immediately upon discovery, and all funds in the Account — including any winnings — will be forfeited without appeal.
Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one active sivp5 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sivp5 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate Accounts. All duplicate Accounts will be closed and their balances forfeited.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information in all required fields. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, your date of birth, and your preferred payment method details. sivp5 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your sivp5 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. sivp5 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify sivp5 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
You may request the closure of your sivp5 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with Clause 6. sivp5 reserves the right to close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other conduct deemed detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.
sivp5 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, before crediting bonus funds. The KYC verification process requires you to submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:
sivp5 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation. During periods of high demand, verification may take up to 48 hours. You will be notified via email once your KYC verification is complete. Withdrawals are held pending successful KYC approval; deposits are not affected.
The name on your sivp5 Account must exactly match the name on your government-issued identification and on your nominated bank account or e-wallet. sivp5 will reject withdrawal requests where a name discrepancy is identified and will require the discrepancy to be resolved before processing can proceed.

sivp5 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposit channels are denominated in IDR. sivp5 does not accept deposits via international credit cards, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not explicitly listed in the deposit portal.
The minimum deposit amount on sivp5 is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard Members; VIP Members may be subject to elevated limits as communicated by their designated account manager.
Deposits via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) are typically credited to your sivp5 Account Balance within 30 seconds to 3 minutes of successful payment confirmation. Deposits via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited instantly upon confirmation. If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, you should contact sivp5 customer support via live chat with your payment reference number.
You are responsible for ensuring that all deposit information entered — including the destination account number, payment reference, and amount — is accurate before confirming any transfer. sivp5 is not liable for deposits made to incorrect accounts due to Member error. All deposits are final once processed and credited to your Account Balance.
Only your Real Money Balance is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the associated Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Where an Account holds both Real Money Balance and active Bonus Funds, you may withdraw the Real Money Balance portion at any time; doing so will forfeit any active Bonus Funds that have not yet met their Wagering Requirement.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
For fully KYC-verified Accounts, sivp5 targets the following withdrawal processing times:
sivp5 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. These timelines are targets, not guarantees; occasional delays may occur due to banking system maintenance outside sivp5's control.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by sivp5's finance team following a formal request. sivp5 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held in a name other than the registered Member's name, or international bank accounts.
All bonuses and promotions offered by sivp5 are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, as well as these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all Bonus Funds credited to a sivp5 Account are subject to a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before conversion to Real Money Balance. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated on the relevant promotion. Wagering contributions vary by product: Sportsbook pre-match bets contribute 100%; live in-play bets contribute 100%; slots contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute 20%; togel markets contribute 50%.
sivp5 strictly prohibits the abuse of bonuses in any form, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same welcome bonus; using arbitrage strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering contribution rules; and using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. sivp5 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
sivp5 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available to eligible Members only and may be restricted based on account status, verification level, deposit history, or geography. sivp5 is under no obligation to offer a promotion to any specific Member or group of Members.
All sports betting markets on sivp5 are governed by the specific betting rules published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. Key principles include: bets are void if an event is cancelled and not replayed within 48 hours; in-play bets are accepted subject to technical availability and may be suspended at sivp5's discretion; mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the bet to pay out, with void legs removed and the accumulator adjusted accordingly.
All Casino Product games — including slots, live dealer tables, togel draw games, Bingo Online, and Live Roulette — are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and the wager amount returned to the Member's Balance. sivp5 is not liable for winnings generated during a demonstrable game malfunction.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by product, market, and Member account tier. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement for all Sportsbook markets and within the game interface for all Casino Products. sivp5 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice.

sivp5 is not liable for: loss of profits; loss of opportunity; loss of anticipated winnings; indirect, special, or consequential losses of any nature; losses arising from a Member's reliance on third-party information when placing bets; or losses attributable to a Member's own failure to comply with these Terms.
Note: Nothing in this Clause 12 limits sivp5's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
sivp5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sivp5 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and will notify active Members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
Your continued use of the sivp5 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 3.4 prior to the effective date of the change.
sivp5 operates as a Trusted and Secure Platform, applying internationally recognised gaming standards including SSL Encryption and Provably Fair Games verification. These Terms are interpreted in accordance with principles of fairness, transparency, and consumer protection consistent with internationally accepted gaming regulations.
In the event of any dispute between a Member and sivp5 arising from or relating to these Terms, a Member's Account, or any transaction on the Platform, the Member should first contact sivp5 customer support via live chat to seek an informal resolution. sivp5 aims to acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 7 business days.
Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or game outcome must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event result or game completion. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. sivp5's records of bet placement, odds accepted, and outcome data shall be the definitive reference in any dispute, absent manifest error.
